Reimar is specialized on providing oversight in difficult and complex projects and situations between client and agencies\/freelancers. Reimar is co-lead of the german-speaking marketing-team and part of the organizing-team for the WordPress-Meetup in D\u00fcsseldorf. He also runs a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCPU8sRlLN7Vos8bFm91am3w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">YouTube-Channel<\/a> on WordPress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kill &#8216;em with kindness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In a stage dialogue we portray two different characters: \u201cthe client\u201d and \u201cthe web-agency\u201d. We reveal the most common reasons for client\/customer crises. These almost always arise through a completely different understanding of words, tasks, meanings and expectations. Surprisingly the cause is not often that the other party is simply very stupid!
