I am a Project Manager at SAU/CAL. We are on-demand, WordPress and WooCommerce experts dedicated to helping tech-savvy, e-commerce stores thrive in an increasingly digital universe. I started my career with WordPress and WooCommerce about 3.5 years ago and have been a Digital Nomad for about a year, traveling many countries. After that I’ve settled in Portugal – the country I love the most and currently work remotely from my apartment in Lisbon.
Everybody fails
The road to success is through failure. At Sau/Cal, we believe that if you aren’t willing to fail, you aren’t dreaming big enough. We bring on the best and then we encourage our team to constantly strive beyond what they’ve done in the past. To do that, we’ve built a culture which embraces “blameless honesty” so that we can fix things quickly and really dive in deep and learn from what hasn’t gone as planned. As a result, every member of our team is willing to step up and take ownership of their failures; that lets us help each other to be better and learn from every setback. We’ve created a manual on “failing for success” — and I’d like to share it with you.
