WordCamp Lisboa 2023 takes place in May here in Lisbon. Applications to join the organizing team opened in June. The team is now complete, though one opening remains: photography!
If you have a passion for photography and WordPress, we’re looking for you! Join our team of volunteers in organizing one of the largest WordPress events in Portugal.
Your responsibilities would be:
- Help the Content & Communications and Design teams with the website build by advising on, selecting and or producing images for the website.
- Help select the team of event photographers from the pool of volunteers.
- Manage the team of photographers at the various WordCamp Lisboa 2023 events, for example sessions, workshops, candid social moments, and afterparty.
- Participate in monthly organizing meetings, help make event decisions, and assist other teams

Although this work is voluntary, to ensure a successful event each volunteer commits to performing the responsibilities of their role.
WordCamp Lisboa is a local community event; the ideal candidate will be located in or around Lisbon, but any application is welcome.
