The call for speakers closed on 28 February. We are now reviewing applications and the program will be announced shortly.
The call for speakers for WordCamp Lisboa 2023 is open until February 28th. Read the announcement of the open call for speakers here.
We are accepting submissions for sessions with the following formats:
- Regular Talk – 30 min. presentation with questions at the end;
- Lightning talk – 10 min presentation, traditionally with no questions at the end;
- Workshop – Practical session with duration to be defined, according to the topic;
- Wellness – 30 min. presentation (or duration to be defined) in a outdoor space, without sound or projection logistic equipment, dedicated to personal, physical or mental health and well-being;

As a speaker you will of course have access to a free ticket and a special dinner with the event organizers and sponsors on May 19, as well as access to the awesome after-party on May 20.
We want WordCamp Lisboa to be an inclusive and accessible event. We would like to have attendees, speakers, volunteers and sponsors that represent the diversity of the community, regardless of experience level and background.
