Panel: Empowering Women and Minorities in Public Speaking

Track 1, 12:00, May 20th

In celebration of European Diversity Month, we are delighted to host a panel discussion that aims to empower women and minorities in the realm of public speaking. The moderator Raffaella Isidori and panelists Carole Olinger and Jhamile Abuabara are accomplished professionals who have paved the way for increased diversity, equity, and inclusion in various industries.

During this engaging session, our panelists will share their personal experiences, valuable insights, and best practices to promote diversity in public speaking. Their collective expertise will provide actionable strategies for encouraging women and minorities to actively participate in conferences and other professional speaking engagements. Additionally, we will open the floor to questions and encourage public participation to foster a dynamic and inclusive conversation.
