Second batch of speakers announced

To follow up on the amazing first batch of speakers, we are excited to announce our second batch! WordCamp Lisboa is happening on May 19 (contribution day) and 20 (conference day). You can already get your ticket to make sure you don’t miss these amazing talks and workshops.

José Freitas

One of the most cherished members of the Portuguese WordPress Community, Freitas helps companies to communicate better with their customers on his agency Kaksi. He’s going to tell us how organizing WordCamp Europe helped him become a better professional in his talk in Portuguese “Como organizar o WCEU 2022 me tornou um melhor profissional WordPress“.

Mariana Gonçalves Trigo

An Engineering Manager with a background in Biology and Retail, Mariana will tell us how to work in tech without coding, in a talk held in Portuguese titled “Como trabalhar em Tecnologia sem Programar“.

Dave Lockie

Web3 Lead at Automattic, Dave is originally from the UK and is now living in Portugal, being a regular speaker in many WordCamps, he has a message for us: “GenerativeAI & WordPress: buckle up, it’s going to be a wild ride“.

Valério Vaz

Valério has a special taste for training, which he does professionally at his company WPBox and as a volunteer in several WordCamps. This time he’ll teach us about performance in a workshop held in Portuguese titled “Optimizar o WordPress para uma boa performance“.

Lucas Giovanny

With over 10 years of experience in PHP, CTO at Vezoa in Portugal and founder of Uncle Technologies in Brazil, Lucas is an experienced speaker on topics like PHP, Laravel and digital marketing. For his debut in a WordPress conference he’ll present “From PHP 5.3 to 8.2: what are you missing?“.
