Personal trainer, weightlifting athlete, and sports teacher for kids from the first to the fourth grade. This time his audience will be adult people that work seated for most of the day, to teach them about healthier habits, with a talk in Portuguese called “Hábitos saudáveis e preventivos para pessoas que trabalham sentadas“.
